What we collect
When you submit a contact or service request, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email, the service you're interested in, and your message. We use this only to respond to your request and coordinate work.
How your data is stored
Contact submissions are stored in our managed backend database. Access is restricted to authorized administrators using role-based access controls and row-level security policies enforced at the database layer.
Authentication & access control
Administrative areas of the site require sign-in. Roles are stored server-side in a dedicated permissions table, and admin-only actions are validated on the server — not in the browser.
Email communications
Transactional emails (such as contact confirmations) are sent from our verified sender domain. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and suppressed addresses are honored automatically.
Platform & hosting
The site runs on the Lovable platform with a managed backend. Lovable provides hosting, database, authentication, and email delivery infrastructure. This describes enabled platform capabilities and is not a Lovable-issued certification.
Cookies & analytics
We use only the cookies necessary to operate the site and keep you signed in where applicable. We do not sell personal information.
Data retention & deletion
Contact submissions are retained while they remain useful for servicing your request. To request deletion of your information, email us using the address below.
