By accessing or using the Knights of the Blue Collar™ website and services (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and applicants.

Knights of the Blue Collar is a referral and matching service. We connect customers who need home and property services with independent contractors (“Knights”). We are not a party to the agreement between you and a contractor. We do not employ, supervise, or direct the contractors, and we do not perform the work ourselves.

Any work performed is a separate agreement between you and the contractor. The information on this Site is provided to help you find and connect with skilled tradespeople.

You must be at least 18 years old to request a service or apply to become a Knight. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and in good faith. You will not submit false or misleading information, harass contractors or other users, attempt to disrupt the Site, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or restrict access for anyone who violates these terms.

Contractors listed or matched through the Site are independent third parties, not employees, agents, or representatives of Knights of the Blue Collar. We make no guarantee that any contractor will be available, qualified, or licensed for your specific job. You are responsible for evaluating and selecting a contractor and for agreeing on the scope, price, and terms of the work directly with them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knights of the Blue Collar is not liable for any work performed by a contractor, including the quality, safety, legality, timing, or completion of that work. When you submit a request or application, you grant us permission to use the information you provide to respond to you and connect you with a contractor. You confirm that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We may store submissions in our backend and share relevant details with the matched contractor.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any referral will result in satisfactory work.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Knights of the Blue Collar from any claims or damages arising out of your use of the Site or your interactions with a contractor, except where prohibited by law.

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
